We do not guarantee:

Clients grant 777 GDS permission to use materials supplied by the client solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

The client agrees to make payments by the agreed due dates.

Failure to make required payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Delay in project delivery
  • Suspension of advertising campaigns
  • Additional charges where applicable
  • Termination of services

Any payment, deposit, or project-specific terms stated in a signed agreement will take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where applicable.
